Some package pricing is not valid in all regions and areas of east Tennessee offered in Knox, Blount, Loudon, and Anderson county,

This option does include needed excavation, gravel base, screeding's, using a 3 piece unilock beacon hill flagstone with holland stone border. Completed with a concrete edge restraint, poly sand, seed and straw lawn.
This option does include needed excavation, gravel base, screeding's, using a 3 piece Belgard Holland stone 1 piece pattern or Cambridge cobble stone with 3 piece pattern and border. Seating wall is created of western wall or a split face square foot block of ep dillion block or Rockwood stone at proper searing wall height of around 24" Completed with a concrete edge restraint, poly sand, seed and straw lawn and a belgard firepit kit (wood burning).
